Bill pony is going well. Has had a canter under saddle and has been out on two farm rides. She is very shortnecked - there isn't a lot of horse in front of you. She has been very good though, maybe it wasn't so bad that it's taken me this long to get her going

ReplyDeleteBeckz, I don't think Bill's neck is "that" short. Heck, she can still scratch her b*tt if need be. Granted it could be longer but I don't think she looks particularly odd or anything. For what you want to do, it's her balance and movement that counts, not the length of her neck.
